Search for a Gift Card Transaction

The search feature on the Gift Card Transaction screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Gift Card's number or Internal Name, or the Member's name. You can also filter the screen to show only the Gift Cards Transactions of a specific action type.

To search for a Gift Card transaction:

1. Select Transactions from the top navigation bar, then select Gift Cards > Gift Card Transactions from the side navigation menu. The Gift Card Transactions screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

3. Optionally, from the Action Type drop-down menu, select a Transaction type. The default is Any Type.

4. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Gift Card Transactions that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Gift Card Transaction must meet ALL criteria.

5. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Transaction Date.

6. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.
